Off to the Blue Mountains

Well, after so much time spent in Sydney, I have been anxious to start seeing more of Oz. Now, the Blue Mountains are only 2-3 hours from the city, depending on where you are going, which is another reason Sydney is such an excellent place. Because this is a spectacular national park with a bunch of trails, skyrides, tours, and information to make it easily accessible. Spent one day here and did several scenic walks.

The three rocks in the photo above are known as the "Three Sisters", and are the subject of a few ancient legents. You can get up to them, but due to erosion, climbing on these are no longer allowed. Very cool area that I hope to get back to.
