More Byron Pics - the Easternmost point of Oz

Now, I have a whole bunch of pictures, but here are a few from the Cape Byron Coastal walk. It is a trail that leads around a couple of beaches and up a cliff to the easternmost point in Australia. Also, it is a high point and since it is humpback whale migration season, we were able to see several from up there. Not close enough to get good pictures, but still amazing, though. There is also a lighthouse at the top of this cliff. The three of us are now about a fourth of the way through the trip and the weather - still perfect. This becomes a common theme of the east coast trip. People were complaining about cold? in some places, because it is only spring, but it ranged from mid 70's to about 90 and sunny for the entire two weeks. We had rain one night, in Hervey Bay, but this too was perfect bcause it made the sand easier to drive on in Fraser Island. But now I am getting ahead of myself. Until next time.......
